Any loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to a Player's failure to maintain credential security is the sole responsibility of the Account Holder.

gl678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, associated with money laundering or criminal conduct, or in breach of PAGCOR's requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance resulting from fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances held at the time of closure for non-breach reasons will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). gl678 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to such accounts as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by registered email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
gl678 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable bonus terms before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire on the date specified in the applicable bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance. gl678 does not reinstate expired bonuses except in cases of documented platform error.

All content on the gl678 platform — including but not limited to the gl678 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of gl678 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
Account Holders are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of gl678.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gl678's total liability to any Account Holder in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the Account Balance held at the time the claim arose.
gl678 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (c) losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate information provided by third parties; or (d) losses attributable to a Player's failure to maintain account security.
Nothing in these Terms limits gl678's liability for: (a) death or personal injury resulting from gl678's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
gl678 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering a gl678 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the transfer of data to PAGCOR, law enforcement, and anti-money laundering authorities as required by Philippine law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Account Holders are encouraged to contact gl678 customer support to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. gl678 will endeavor to respond to formal written complaints within five (5) business days. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process.
gl678 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, including in response to changes in Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or operational necessity. Material changes will be communicated to Account Holders via registered email at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by regulatory mandate.
The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available at gl678.org/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
